Mantra Raw Vegan: the First Raw Vegan Restaurant Opens in Italy
NEW OPENING – The first raw vegan restaurant not only in Milan but in the whole of Italy. The venue in Porta Venezia area differs from many other vegan restaurants because its cuisine is also raw, i.e. prepared with uncooked food or food cooked at temperatures of below 45°C to guarantee the preservation of all of the enzymes and nutritional properties of its dishes. In addition to being a restaurant, open at both lunch and dinner, Mantra Raw Vegan also doubles as a market where, for example, you can purchase a detox box containing freshly made juices that can be drunk throughout the day as healthy meal substitutes.
Open Mon-Sat 10am-midnight. Closed on Sunday.
